By accessing or using RITL ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

These terms apply to all users of the App, including free and premium subscribers. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

RITL is a habit tracking and wellness application that helps users build healthy routines, track daily activities, and monitor personal wellness metrics. The service includes:

• Customizable habit tracking (checkbox and counter types)
• Wellness monitoring (water, sleep, mood, meals)
• Template library for quick routine setup
• Progress analytics and streak tracking
• Premium features (ad-free experience, advanced analytics, custom themes)

3. User Accounts

To use RITL, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Providing accurate and current information

You may delete your account at any time through the in-app settings or by visiting our account deletion page.

4. Premium Subscriptions

RITL offers premium subscription plans with enhanced features. Subscription terms include:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled 24 hours before the renewal date
• Charges occur through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are handled according to App Store/Play Store policies
• Premium features are subject to change with notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated systems to access the App without permission

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of RITL, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of Luca International Studios and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User-generated content (custom habits, templates, notes) remains your property, but you grant us a license to store and process this data to provide the service.

7. Advertising

Free users may see advertisements within the App, served through Google AdMob. Premium subscribers enjoy an ad-free experience. We do not control the content of third-party advertisements and are not responsible for advertiser claims or conduct.

8. Limitation of Liability

RITL is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luca International Studios shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or technical issues
• Accuracy or reliability of user-generated content
• Third-party content or services accessed through the App
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

RITL is a wellness tracking tool, not a medical device or professional health service. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical advice.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may terminate your account at any time as described in Section 3.

10. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
